Regular exercise has countless health benefits, but it can mean you need to check and ‘tweak’ your nutritional intake. The correct balance will help you maintain your energy levels and protect you from ‘burn out’ and injury.
It is crucial to keep an eye on ‘Vitamin B Complex’, this is because their group combined role is the release of energy from food and help prevent burnout. If you have an active lifestyle and partake regularly in sports you will probably require slightly higher amounts of Vitamins B1, B3 & B5.

Dawn is excellent and intuitive at what she does, the Maga session made a massive difference to the muscle spasm in my neck and shoulder. I walked out of there feeling like a new person. I would recommend it to anyone especially if you have any chronic muscle spasms. I have never really had massage prior to this an it was an eye opener to what can be achieved by a skilled practitioner.
I cannot recommend highly enough. I'm a runner and I first went to Dawn having seen some physios who could not fix my knee issue. Dawn has a superb, comprehensive level of knowledge and was able to correct my knee but also help with the underlying, bio-mechanical problem. She provided me with a tailored exercise programme which has helped me go from middle distance running to running ultra-marathons. Dawn is not only very skilled but also very personable and friendly.
Dawn has worked wonders on injuries I've been struggling with. She's also been able to pinpoint areas I have problems with but never really paid much attention to. After an initial assessment, she got to work and broke down all those areas I'd ignored for years. It's pretty intense but so worth it! I felt an immediate improvement the next day and the day after that, it was even better (you do feel a little sore for the first 24 hours). I followed up with another treatment the next week and it was much easier to work through. I'm now dedicated to regular sessions, the difference was that vast. I can't recommend her enough.

I’ve been REALLY suffering with rotator cuff injury, neck pain and TMJ since before Christmas..
Four recent sessions with the chiropractor and sports massage with Dawn had helped but today was 'the day".
Today, Dawn used a combination of massage, stretches, crainal sacral therapy and accupressure to release my jaw, reduce the pain and tension in my neck, as well as my rotator cuff and shoulders/ arms, finishing off with reiki - this lady never fails to amaze me with how incredible she is.
She always spends her time working out how to help repair what’s wrong..

Dawn is amazing! I've had deep tissue massage as treat for back pain and headaches and Dawn has worked wonders. After my first treatment my headaches had almost completely gone, and the muscle tightness and pain in my back and shoulders has improved dramatically. I visited Dawn when I was approx 32 weeks pregnant and was getting quite achy and stiff. I felt immediately calm and at ease and Dawn gave a gentle but powerful massage. I can believe that she can give very deep massages but obviously not suitable for me. However, if you were looking for a sports massage I think she would be the lady for you! I felt very relaxed and uplifted after my massage and immediately noticed how easily I could put my socks and shoes on afterwards! The effects of the massage lasted several days and I definitely felt better movement and less achy and stiff. As Dawn informed me I would, I found I drank A LOT of water afterwards which is always the sign of a good massage. I'd love to have one every week if I could! 10 years ago I suffered some spinal cord damage from my discs after years of building and rugby and have walked with a limp because of loss of muscle and feeling in my left leg. Last night I went to see Dawn on the recommendation of a friend about another injury I've had to my shoulder blade which has plagued me for years, Dawn treated me for this and in the process treated my lower back and leg too.
